113A Bakeless Center for Humanities
Dr. Francis teaches a wide-range of courses in literature, covering the areas of classical literatures, early British literatures, Shakespeare, Chaucer, Arthurian literature and the romance genre from the medieval to the modern, dystopian fiction and film, and various special topics such as Greek myth in adaptation, monsters, and warrior women. She also regularly teaches the core course, English 250 - Literary Theory and Forms, and Writing 103 for the department.
Dr. Francis has published on a variety of topics, including Chaucer and Arthurian medievalism.
